Nate is the Coordinator and lead facilitator of the BizAbility Program that empowers participants living with a disability to explore how they can earn income using a talent, skill, interest, or passion as a pathway to self employment. He does this role to help people realize they can do much more then they think they can.

He has co-designed and tested education capacity building programs with user groups using skills in co-design, user interviews, prototyping workshops, and evaluation in primary, secondary and tertiary settings.  Using agile approaches, Nate has managed and delivered knowledge, skill, and resilience outcomes on tight deadlines, with competing priorities. This was done with operational and executive stakeholders in local government and business settings.
